780T Paper Folding Machine
The KMD 780T paper folding machine is used to fold paper in a variety of sizes and thicknesses. It is equipped with 4 to 8 buckle pates on the main machine, as well as a tail buckle and electronic knife.
The machine is used for a variety of printing applications, and can fold an array of paper types, including plain paper, plate-making paper, recycled paper, double-adhesive paper, drawing paper and so on.

The buckle plate is made using a laser cutting machine, and a special surface treatment is carried out in order to improve the paper running speed.
The number of working buckles can be chosen according to the production situation without the need to repeatedly load and unload buckles.
- Spiral folding roller
The folding roller is made of steel and has a spiral pattern on the surface. It is slip resistant and wear resistant, ensuring an effective paper output during paper conveyance, without slipping. The spiral folding roller will not scratch thin paper and printings, and features a low noise level for a comfortable working environment. - The operation panel with touch screen.
The paper folding machine features touch screen operation, and all possible fold types are stored in the controller for continuous use without needing to reset the system parameters. In addition, operators can set any settings based on model configurations. If the settings aren’t possible/reasonable, The machine will not allow the operator to input those settings, and operation will not be complete.
- Tail buckle: If the number of buckles is not enough, users can set the tail buckle to increase the number of folds and folding method.
- Electric control knife: achieves the paper half folding alone or with the help of the main machine in 2 directions.
