Applications
The water treatment microfiltration machine (rotary filtration decontamination machine) was developed for installation in many solid-liquid separation operations, such as the filtration of urban domestic sewage, papermaking, textile industrial use, textile printing, chemical applications, and mine sewage. This equipment allows water to be reused repeatedly in a closed cycle. The machine can separate suspended particles with sizes over 0.2mm.
Design principle
The following is the principle of the water treatment microfiltration machine: Firstly, the treatment water flows from water pipe into the water distributor, and the treatment water flows from the water outlet after a short time steady flow. Secondly, the treatment water distributes over the opposite spin filter cartridge and filter screen, creating a relative shearing motion between the water flow and inner wall of the filter cartridge. Thus optimizing water flow and the solid objects can be separated. The treatment water rolls over on the deflector of the filter cartridge and is expelled on the other end of the filter cartridge. The filter water flows away from the water channel. The filter cartridge of the water treatment microfiltration machine is equipped with a washing pipe with washing water pressure (3kg/cm2). This makes sure the water washes the filter screen and ensures the filter screen maintains is effectiveness.
