The closed loop water source heat pump is especially suitable for the construction of new buildings or the redevelopment of existing structures.
1. As for new buildings, the cooling water main pipe and preserved branch pipe of loop water source heat pump can be first installed. Developers can allocate, purchase and install heat pumps before residences move in the house according to the actual utilization, thus reducing the burden of initial investment.
2. Special heat preservation cooling water pipes are not needed. It has a wide application in supermarkets, hospitals, office buildings, hotels, complex buildings, commercial buildings and so forth.

- High efficiency and energy saving. The compressor adopts rotary type or scroll type. Cooling water heat exchanger adopts heat exchanging copper tubes. The COP value of water source air conditioner is 4.2-5.5, minimizing power consumption.
- A centralized primary machine room is not needed. The closed loop water source heat pump central air conditioning system is composed of several small systems. Each room is an independent cooling systems. There is no need to set up machine rooms and pump rooms independently.
- The adoption of modular units prevents the whole system from being affected by the breakdown of one unit.
- Convenient billing system. Then the air conditioning system is applied for rental properties such as apartments, office buildings and shops, each user unit can independently be equipped with an electric meter and thus charged independently.
