Screen baskets are crucial elements to a vibratory separator, water removal system, and filtration equipment. We carry out various wire screen projects, helping hundreds of customers produce a variety of drum screen baskets, centrifuge baskets and high pressure cylindrical screens.
There are numerous applications for Hengyuan wedge wire screens. They can be used as vibrator screens in mining and mineral processing, or as pressure screens in water removal. Other usages include strainer baskets for filtration and straining, and the cylindrical filters can be used for refuse removal from oil and gas drillers.
Each of our products is available in standard stainless steel and galvanized steel versions. They are made by wrapping a wedge wire in a circular manner around the vertical support rods in a helix pattern. All wires and rods are welded at each point of contact to ensure a high strength and corrosion resistance. Properly spaced fine wires ensure a reasonable slot opening in sizes suited for your specific application and operation.
