The DH3224 waterborne coatings from Donghe provide extraordinary water and UV resistant performance. They are colored paints with high transparency, but no toxicity and harm. The water based paints are widely used for protecting wooden products, making sure that the paint film will not discolor, flake and lose gloss. They boast great adhesion with the primer, which offer excellent protection and decoration to the wooden products.

    Product Construction
    The waterborne coating is elaborately manufactured from imported water-borne acrylic and PUD, with additions of UV light absorber as well as light, acid and alkali resistant transparent pigments. All materials are scientifically allocated.

    Features
    The waterborne wood coating comes with perfect environmental performance and has no harm to human body. It is nonflammable and easy to operate, combined with excellent dry property, high film former, smooth and flat film surface and great water and weather resistance.

    Curing time (25℃): surface dry≤20min, fully dry≤8h
    Solid content: 40±2%
    Recoating time: 1h
    Theoretical coating amount: 4-5m2/kg/2 times (Depending on water absorption of substrates)

    Operation Process
    1. Remove oil dirt, mould, dust and other attachments on the wood to be coated;
    2. Ensure the moisture content of wood should be less than 12%;
    3. Use cloth grain abrasive paper (400-600mesh) to polish the substrate or wood surface with primer;
    4. Use brush coating, spray coating, shower coating and other coating methods

    Operating Environment
    Temperature: within 10~35℃
    Environment: Clean and sanitary, without suspended solids and dirt

    Shelf Life
    One year (Stored in cool and ventilated place at 5~35℃)

    Safety Attentions
    1. Place it away from food;
    2. Keep it unreachable to kids;
    3. Immediately wash using clean water if splash it on skin or into eyes;
