Modified PU Waterproofing Coatings
The modified PU waterproofing coatings from Donghe are non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free liquid coatings available in multi-component polyurethane systems. The polyurethane coatings are mainly used for preventing water infiltration of wood structure as well as preventing bathroom and roof leakage. They feature ease of coating, exceptional resistance to weather and great effect in water infiltration preventing.
Operation Process
1. Before coating this waterproofing paint, fill and level up grooves, seams or cavities using cement mortar, and dry it for a while.
2. 150g/m2 for first coating, 250g/m2 for second coating; Coatings left should be sealed and stored at 5-25℃ in dry place.
3. Directly pour the PU waterproofing coatings on cement floors or in the joints and brush uniformly. When the first costing is slightly dried, paint it again for the second time. Pave bricks or wood floor on it when it is completely dried.
4. Please prepare ethyl alcohol or ethyl acetate solvent in advance and steep coating brushes in it before coating. During coating, steep it every other hour to prevent hardening and avoiding cost increase.
Attentions:
Exposure to direct sunlight or freezing is prohibited. The polyurethane liquid membranes must be stored or transported at 5-25℃.
