Molybdenum Alloy Products
HUAXIANG molybdenum alloy products include molybdenum lanthanum alloy rod, molybdenum alloy bar, molybdenum alloy plate and TZM alloy rod. These metal alloys are all nonferrous alloy manufactured by adding a small amount of titanium, zirconium, hafnium, tungsten and rare earth elements to molybdenum.
The addition of such elements can not only strengthen the alloy and maintain low temperature plasticity but also form stable and diffused carbide phase, thus increasing alloy intensity and recrystallization temperature.
Our molybdenum alloy features excellent thermal and electrical conductivity and low expansion coefficient. At high temperature (1100~1650℃), it has high strength and is easier to be machined than tungsten alloy. By means of plastic working, this alloy can be made into various molybdenum alloy products such as plates, stripes, bars, foils, tubes, wires and section bars.
These molybdenum alloy materials can be used as the grid electrode and positive pole of electron tubes, backing materials of electric light source, pressure casting and extrusion die, aircraft parts, etc.

Chemical components: Mo 0.40-0.55%Ti 0.06-0.12%Zr 0.01-0.04% C
