Meltblown nonwovens are manufactured by extruding melted polymer fibers through a spin net. The raw materials are food grade PP standards, and the diameter of each filament ranges between 0.5μm~2μm. With a special static electret treatment, the products feature a high filtration efficiency and low resistance. They easily absorb microbes and dust while providing an excellent usage experience. This makes it an ideal material to use in face masks.
