Application
The plastic cup stacking, counting, and packing machine line is specially designed to work in conjunction with the forming machine, and as the name implies, is used for stacking, counting and packing of plastic cups. Not only does it save labor costs, but also ensures the plastic cups are clean and pollution free.

Production technique
This plastic cup stacking, counting, packing machine uses a PLC system to achieve an automatic, programmed motion control, featuring stacking, counting, sealing and cutting of the feeding film, material splitting and more. The main components include the cup stacking machine, conveyer belt, counting machine, packing machine and electrical control cabinet. An automatic code printing machine and date coder can also be attached based on customer requirements. The process include: stacking, pushing out, transporting, counting and packing.

Features
1. The cup stacking machine is equipped with 5 groups of large pulleys to move the cups, and ensure they will not bounce during this process, thus guaranteeing a more stable motion.
2. The cast iron triangular belt pulley is durable and will not deform.
3. The brush cooperates with other machine components in order to complete the cup stacking. It is controlled using frequency conversion with a high efficiency.
4. All key spare parts are selected with high standard fittings, while the pneumatic component, PLC, terminal transducer and other appliances are from Siemens, SMC and other internationally known brands.
5. The machine features a compact structure, and uses a dual frequency conversion control that features an easy operation and stable performance.
6. Once the bag length is set, it will be cut in a single step with no need for adjustments or idling, which saves both time and film.
7. This unit has a positioned stop, non-stick for the knife, no film wastage and independent temperature PID control functions in order to perfectly adapt to the use of packaging film made of various materials.
8. The cup counting machine uses a double optical fiber to carry out automatic counting, which improves the packing speed. The production speed is adjustable, with the rated cup counting between 1 to 100 to meet the best packaging effect and requirements.
