Automatic Folder Gluer Machine
The automatic folder gluer machine is designed with digital control and auto feeding, enabling it to achieve a high corrugated board handling capacity up to 120-220 pieces/min. This machine features a re-creasing unit, allowing for accurate folding.
Suction Belt Feeder
A vacuum fan is equipped on the belt to assist in smooth feeding.The sheet feeder is designed with a electromagnetic clutch to achieve independent feeding control, allowing for easy operation.
Gluing and Folding Unit
Auto glue feeding and uniform glue distribution ensure reduced amount of glue used.The 2nd creasing provides accurate and smooth folding.
Conveying Unit
The side guides enable blanks to be conveyed in a smooth manner. The height of blanks conveyed and compression force can be easily adjusted.
Counting and Stacking Unit
Featuring with automatic counting and stacking function, the finished cartons can be automatically counted during conveying and stacked according to pre-determined parameter.
