Introduction
After milling, impurities in rice are mostly removed, including broken rice, bran balls and rice bran. The white rice graded sifter is then used to screen out qualified rice grains through a continuous screening through three circular sieves with different diameters.
There are three moving trails of the material on the feeding end, the middle sieve and the same sieve at the discharging end, known as a rotary, transverse and wave method. The head rice, common rice, and large and small broken rice pieces will be separated, in order to ensure a fine, high quality white rice result.
