Fire Resistant Cable

Product standard
The fire resistant cable is designed and manufactured according to the Q/R-TW6001-2000 enterprise standard which is equivalent to the GB12666.6B-1990 standard.

Application
This fire resistant cable is equivalent to the following: AC plastic insulated power cable with rated voltage from 0.6/1kV to 8.7/15kV, plastic insulated control cable with rated voltage of 450/750V, power cable for electrical equipment with rated voltage up to 450/750V. Due to its excellent fire resistance, our fire resistant cable serves as an ideal tool in fire fighting system and alarm system.

Operating Characteristics
1. Rated power-frequency voltage U₀/U: 300/300V-26/35kV
2. The maximum operating temperatures are 70℃, 90℃ and 105℃ respectively.
3. The short-circuit time cannot exceed 5s and during short-circuit, the maximum allowable temperature of the conductor is as followed: no more than 160℃ for an operating temperature of 70℃, no more than 250℃ for an operating temperature of 90℃.
4. The ambient temperature should be no less than 0℃ during installation.
5. The bend radius should be in compliance with the corresponding non combustion retardant cable standard.
6. Our fire resistant cable features high fireproof property.
7. This fire resistant cable can keep operating for no less than 90min under combustion condition with a flame temperature of 750-800℃.

Note: Each model in the table is a representative of its corresponding series. For conductor resistance, insulation resistance, current-carrying capacity and other technical parameters, please refer to the corresponding non fireproof power cables. Reference weight of a fire resistant cable is about 8-12%more than its corresponding non fireproof cable accordingly.
