The XLPE insulated low smoke zero halogen control cable is designed and manufactured according to the Q/R-TW6004-2002 enterprise standard which is equivalent to the GB12666.6B-1990 standard.

Application
The XLPE insulated low smoke zero halogen control cable functions the same as the following: AC plastic insulated power cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV, plastic insulated control cable with rated voltage of 450/750V, power cable for electrical equipment with rated voltage up to 450/750V. It is largely used in subways, nuclear power stations, shopping centers, etc. Due to its high flame retardant character, this low smoke zero halogen control cable serves as an ideal tool in fire fighting systems, control systems and alarm systems.

Operating Characteristics
1. Rated power-frequency voltage U₀/U : 300/300V-0.6/1kV
2. The maximum operating temperatures for different models are 70℃, 90℃ and 105℃ respectively.
3. The short-circuit time cannot exceed 5s and during short-circuit, the maximum allowable temperature of the conductor is as followed: no more than 160℃ for an operating temperature of 70℃, no more than 250℃ for an operating temperature of 90℃.
4. The ambient temperature should be no less than 0℃ during installation.
5. The bend radius should be in compliance with the corresponding non flame retardant cable standard.
6. It features high flame retardance.
7. Validated by the IEC332-3A experiment, this adiabatic high retardant cable is mainly used in inflammable places,
8. Under burning condition with a flame temperature of 750-800℃, our low smoke zero halogen control cable can operate with its normal current-carrying capacity.
