Hot and Cold Water Supply System, Multilayer Composite Pipe and Fittings
Fenghe provides multilayer composite pipe designed for use in hot and cold water supply systems. These pipes are made from an aluminum plastic composite that offers outstanding heat resistance and the pipe features a 5-layer structure. The inner and outer layers are made of PE-RT and surround an aluminum middle layer. All the layers are hot melted together. This structure gives the composite pipe the strength of metal pipes and the flexibility of plastic. Therefore, it can be coiled to reduce the use of joints, making installation more flexible.
Fenghe can provide multilayer composite pipe and fittings in batches to give you reliable installation of the whole cold and hot water supply system. Our multilayer composite pipe and fittings’s socket is designed with a double-layer structure that is hot-melted with the inner and outer layer of PE-RT Pipes respectively. The socket is also equipped with an in-built lining, playing a role of supporting the inner wall of the pipes. These details are designed to effectively ensure secure connection and further avoid the occurrence of leakage.
