The whole barrel type subsurface pump, is sometimes referred to as a tubing pump. Its simple structure, stable performance, low cost, and easy operation are just some of the reasons these sucker rod pumps are widely used in oilfields all over the world. We can perform different adjustments with pump accessories according to the well conditions of our customers. This greatly extends the service life of the pump.
The conventional whole barrel pump is manufactured according to GB / T18607-2008 standards. The pump works together with the oil pumping unit and sucker rod and is suitable for pumping oil directly from oil wells.
The whole barrel oil well pump is made up of 3 parts, including a barrel assembly, plunger assembly and standing valve assembly. During the upstroke, the plunger discharges the liquid in the upper chamber of the pump to the oil tube, meanwhile the lower chamber of the pump is filled with the liquid in the well under the effect of differential pressure. When in the down stroke, the liquid in the lower chamber moves into the upper chamber through the travelling valve. The liquid in the well is pumped through the reciprocating motion of the plunger.
The oil well pump is ready to deliver to the Helgas Port!
