1. Base Framing
The CNC wood router base is a welded structure made of heavy-duty tubular steel, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration equipment so that the foundation remains rigid over the operational life of the machine

2. Water-Cooled Multi-Spindle
Multiple spindles are built solid for such uses as on solid wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum and plastics, etc. Different power configurations are available: 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz or 220V-3 Phase-50-60Hz or 380V, 3Phase-50-60Hz. A range of router tools (or in simpler terms, cutters) for options includes those of 3.175mm,4mm,6mm,8mm and 12.7mm in diameter.

3. Steel Support
Spindles for CNC wood router are mounted on a rugged steel support which is made of thick aluminum, on which we also put a reinforcing plate. The structure offers better impact resistance and eliminates machine shaking.

4. Ball Screw, Gear Rack
TBI anti-backlash, center-driven ball screw is used on Z axis available in either 25mm or 40mm diameter, delivering 0.01mm positioning accuracy. Both X and Y axes use high accuracy gear rack drive system. The combination of ball screw and gear rack makes machine work more accurately and stably.

5. Steel Bar
To support solid and level the foundation, we put milled thick steel bar under each guide and rack.

6. CNC Display
PC based CNC display provides a user-friendly interface that allows operators of CNC wood router to freely control the relief carving or other types of woodworking process. 7. Electric Cabinet
All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, doubled-doored electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.

AC Panasonic Servo motor for more smooth motion and triple working speed, requiring no regular maintenance.

PVC on Aluminum table: Black 7mm PVC on top of aluminum profile table protects the table from cutting and scratching.

2. Mist Sprayer
Mist sprayer sends oil mist to surface being machine. The sprayer is important for tool cooling and lubrication

3. Dust Ruffles
Dust ruffles for your convenience of loading tools, being easy to remove the dust completely.

4. Hand Wheel
Anti-jamming and allowing long distance transmission of signal, with a 3m hand wheel cable; Accurate pulse output
Resolution: 100P/R; You can control machine movement by adjusting the hand wheel; that makes control operation easier and more convenient.

5. Tool Sensor
Automatic tool length calibration. The tool sensor allows for easy and accurate setting of Z-axis zero position, making single and multiple tool changes through the programming which saves time and is ensure error-free machining.
