C75 C purlin machine is used for cold-formed forming of 75mm-width C purlins, stub and truss profiles. This rolling former comes with a maximum line production speed of 30m/min and has the capacity to roll materials with a thickness from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm.

In order to ensure the quality, rollers are manufactured from high quality bearing steel GCr15 and are processed with CNC lathes and heat treatment. Hard-chrome coating is optional. With a feeding material guide roller, the body frame is welded with 400# H type steel for longer service life.

Cutters of the hydraulic post-cutting system are made by heat treated Cr12MoV steel.
