Hydraulic Cylinders for Agricultural and Forestry Equipment
We carry a complete line up of hydraulic cylinders for forest harvester and agricultural equipment requiring long-term stability, and medium to high hydraulic pressure. Working temperature is usually between -20°C and 100°C. In cold areas, the temperature range can be -40°C-90°C.
Features of Hydraulic Cylinder
1. Small, Lightweight, High-strength
Optimized cylinder design resists fatigue and offers high strength. From constructing the main cylinder and piston rod to welding different parts together, we start with only the best steel material. Using ultrasonic flaw detector, inspectors are able to find out even the tiniest imperfections on the cylinder, ensuring our product is lightweight, small but strong, and reliable.
2. Sealing System
Seal rings coming from PARKER and MERKEL are specially designed for its intended purpose, as they keep out sand, dust, and gravel all while minimizing fluid leak so that the piston rod always keeps oil film intact.
3. Cylinder
Different applications may require different cylinders, which is why we vary the wall thickness of our flange and cylinder according to strength and size requirements. Roller burnishing gives the internal surface a smooth finish and enhanced hardness for long-term durability.
4. Piston Rod
High frequency induction hardening (quenching), paired with chrome over nickel plating, gives each piston rod enhanced resistance to rust, wear and physical damage. CNC controlled roller burnishing improves surface finish which helps preserve the oil film.
5. Safety/Buffer Features (Optional)
Upon your request, we can provide emergency shut-off valves, stroke counter, and features that control a slow return stroke. The addition of rod end cushion absorbs the impact acting on the rod at the end of its stroke.
