Ceramic Pulley for Coil Winding Tensioning Device
Application
The ceramic pulley is an accessory for coil winding tensioning device. During the wire passing of the enameled wire, particularly when the wire changes direction at a large angle, the pulley is designed to prevent the wire from deviating off of the guide roller.
Materials
Guide roller: 99% purity AL2O, with a hardness of HRC88, and a density of 3.85g/cm2 all ensure an excellent wear resistance
Sheath: there are two optional materials: ceramic and plastic. The QH007 and QH008 sheath are plastic, and are harder to break off when compared to a ceramic sheath.
Features
1. The ceramic guide roller at the middle of the ceramic pulley for the coil winding tensioning device is produced using an ultra-precise polishing so that the guide roller roughness is under Ra 0.2, thus ensuring no damage to the enameled wire film.
2. The magnetic coil is equipped with a precise bearing in order to maintain the stability of the winding tensile force. It also extends the ceramic pulley’s service life.
