GTP-DS two-part thermal gap fillers are a two-component liquid before use, and are similar to thermal pads after curing. With a low stress, they are suitable for dispension to avoid using the entire sheet of thermal conductive materials, and therefore save product costs and reduce material weight. Two-part thermal gap fillers completely fill complex surfaces between heating components and heat sinks, effectively improving the heat dissipation efficiency.
