GRP Water Tank
1. Brief Introduction

GRP water tank units are comprised of SMC panels, sealing materials, metal components and a pipe system. Our tank units can be assembled in any size to meet your requirement. The total volume range is 1-1,000m3. Besides the large volume, our units also have an easy assembling method. If you want to do some adjustment or change to your water tank units, we will send SMC panels to you and directly install a water tank. This assembling method guarantees great convenience for design and construction work. Thanks to the huge volume and easy assembling method, our water tank units find a huge market in many fields.
The sealing of water tanks uses a specially developed sealing belt, which have various advantages include: non-toxic, water-resistant, perfect elasticity, permanent deformation resistant and a long lifespan of over 30 years.
2. Size and Properties
Size of SMC panels: 2000×1000mm, 1000×1000mm, 1000×500mm and 500×500mm; thickness: 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, l2mm, 14mm and 16mm. The 5 mm thick panel is exclusively used as water tank cover-plates.
3. Application
SMC water tank units find applications as water storing equipment in various places and fields that have strict standards for water quality. Those places and fields include public places like residence, hotels, restaurants as well as industrial fields like food, pharmaceutical and health and care.
