Cut To Length Line
On the cut-to-length line, each pipe is automatically tracked and precisely cut to length. Advanced CNC technology accurately controls the movement of two milling cutters along their separate axes. This enables burr-free, low-noise cuts, resulting in high quality pipe-end faces.
Wanxin cut to length line cuts superbly well on medium- to large-diameter, thick-wall, high-strength round pipes, square pipes, and rectangular pipes. The pipe cutter precisely tracks the position of the pipe, synchronizes with that exact position and clamps it tightly, cuts the pipe to a desired contour, and resets to get ready for the next cycle. Main parts on the cut to length line include the bodywork, movable cutting tool, feeding mechanism, cutting tool rotary mechanism, side guide, clamp, speed monitoring system, hydraulic system and the CNC system.
