The ZLYJ brandedspecial gear reducer for plastic extruder of our machine is made up of highstrength alloy steel and quality gear processed by carburizing quenching andgrinding crafts. Thanks to the quality reducer of the extruder, our machine canrun stable and own tiny size but high bearing capacity. The cylinder screw ofextruder is made of quality 38CrMoALA alloy steel and it gets throughquenching molding nitrogen and polishing treatments. So the screw helps toprolong our machine’s service life. The quick filter changer of the extruder isalloy steeled and has extremely high density and wear resistance. Automatictemperature controller of extruder has digital display which makes operationeasier.  Forced ventilator makes a fluentair flow inside the extruder which helps to prolong the service life of wholefilm making machine
